Bowen Therapy Treatments are extremely gentle and suitable for all, the old & frail to newborns, pregnant women, sportsperson, trade person etc. One of the benefits is that treatments can be done whilst wearing casual comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit and T shirt, or work gear if no time to change.
Did you know that whilst Bowen is often done on a massage table, I have given treatments to client’s standing &/or sitting in a chair, as they couldn’t lay on the table.
